RETURNS POLICY
We have a 5 days return policy from when items were Received to be eligible for a refund.
Your Refund is considered upon the condition of the item returned. All items MUST be in the same Condition that you received it in.
Upon Return, Proof of Purchase (Receipt) must be Attached.
To submit a Return Request, Email Support@aesasthriftshop.store. Please advise the issue with the product/item that you purchased.
We will get back to you within 24hours.
If your Return is accepted, We will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items cannot be returned.
Items that have been worn and damaged will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds request will be carefully reviewed. If successful, You will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please be advised that It can take up to 3-5 Business days for your return to be credited to your account depending on your Bank.
